Demonstrating exemplary leadership skills, she successfully guides teams in executing intricate projects from inception to full operational capability. Kelly's goal- driven approach has consistently resulted in successful projects across the United States. She expertly assembles client partner teams, comprising architects, engineers, contractors, and specialists, to plan, develop, and execute projects that consistently meet clients' objectives, boasting an impressive track record of on-time, on or under budget delivery. Kelly's ability to foster and expand client relationships has been instrumental in her oversight of over one billion dollars of projects.
