One of our standout projects includes the relocation and fit out of Xylem’s new 70,000 SF headquarters in Rye Brook, NY. As a global leader in water technology and a Fortune 500 company, Xylem required a space that embodied innovation and sustainability. Working alongside our talented team of architects, engineers, specialists and general contractor, we managed the full project lifecycle—from building selection through move-in—all within a 9-month timeline. The design incorporated an innovation center, training rooms, video conferencing suites, a connecting stair, and a CEO suite, culminating in LEED Gold certification. This project reflects our commitment to sustainability and our ability to deliver complex, fast-tracked projects without compromising on quality or vision.
